Name:  Laura Mae Yazzie

Date of Birth: June 28th 1965

    Laura Mae has been weaving since she was about 25.  She is a self taught weaver with a great deal of skill.  She can weave any pattern and style.  You will see mostly large rugs from her.  She incorporates a good weave with some nice pattern work.  She has taught her two daughters to weave, but we have yet to see any of their rugs.
